What Do All The DOTS Mean?
There are four different communication styles that we each use (the four coloured DOTS). You have a combination of all four styles within you, but you will be more dominant in one than the other three. That is your natural style of communication and you will speak to people around you in that way – but most people you meet will not be the same style as you. That’s why it’s important to understand the needs of all four styles.
